Here comes Christmas and I need to get my act together regarding gifts for my staff.

I have quite a few staff and they are very diverse in their natures, wants, needs, likes and dislikes.

I was thinking to put together a number of mini gift baskets for each staff member but once I got to thinking of what type of basket and what to fill them with and how to shop for them, I realized that task for a thank you gift idea was a fizzer.

Instead I’m going to select from the range of big communal thank you gift baskets that look great, someone else has made up and I can get delivered in time for the last day of work before Christmas.

That way everyone’s a winner and I can get on with my next task.
